Details:

What you see in the pictures is get. It is a stock 40 spoke, natural finish hub with 3/4 sealed bearings. Not because it was damaged.

It is the same hub on all Softail faxed DNA-wide glide model's with 41mm wide-glide forks. Came off a 2005 fast Softail standard. I would be happy to remove the bearings upon request. The wheel was replaced because spokes were rusty.

It will work on most earlier wide Glide forks if you use axle spacers. Nothing more-nothing less.
