Comes as seen. The bolt on pull arm is incorrect, castle nut missing a tab. The shoes are included free however I do not know there age. Axle and adjuster are good.

The bearings are good so with that said I do not believe there is any hub damage. One nut is off the sprocket yet threads are fine.
