Details:

I got this as a part of large lot so don't know its history. I'sure its Triumph and assuming that it is part numb w11 but not. It takes 40 spokes. It has been powder coated which was done fairly well, but a couple of small chips.

I think the bearings need to be replaced. I don't know what else can say, but i'm happy to answer any questions.
